The first section of the German National Application Form is to fill the Information on the applicant. Keep in mind that you need to fill the form as per the details are given in the passport and need to be filled correctly. Fill up the details of your parents such as Surname, first name, date and place of birth, nationality and place of residence.

Section 16: Do you suffer from any of the diseases mentioned below?

Which documents do you need to show as a financial proof?
- 100 Rs Stamp paper with green
colored continuation sheet foraffidavit from your sponsor. - Bank statement and payslips of your sponsor for the last three months.
- If you’re still working, then your payslips + bank statement as well (3 months)
- If your University has tuition fees, the receipt of payment of that as well as the semester fees.
Actually you can pay them together as well if that is mentioned in your University documents. If not, pay separately and keep both receipts. - Blocked account confirmation
